From breakfast to aperitifs of refined cured meats and appetizers of all kinds, Marittimo's Salumeria da banco is open to all with a careful selection of niche and Emilia-Romagna products that can be eaten on-site or purchased from the store. Tuna, olives, fine preserves and oil, prosciutto crudo from Sant'Ilario, km 0 farmer's cured meats or Italian classics, as well as a selection of French Italian cheeses. The 'enoteca' also conquers the finest palates with high-end liquors and more than 170 European labels from small biodynamic wine producers.

Restaurant

Dedicated for hotel guests only, Marittimo's Restaurant is a true ode to tradition. The proposals are daily, based on seasonal and refined products, from the appetizer to the dessert cart, honoring the versatility of Romagna cuisine.
